The classic Pleiades high low hem band has been swapped out for a generous and feminine ruffle. Constructed from a layer of embroidered rosebud mesh and soft pink chiffon. This dress is fully lined. Adorned with a pink velvet bodice and long chiffon straps that tie into a bow at the back. This sweet dress is perfect any special occasion and for a walk around your own neighborhood.
