*To accommodate the incredible response to closing out our shop, we are limiting the number of satin bags given in each order.

Products are made with love and shipped from Colorado, USA. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Pre-orders are processed in 20 weeks.

Once packages leave our shop, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or packages delivered to the incorrect address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at the time of order is correct and accurate. 

During checkout, you can choose your preferred shipping. We offer the following options:

United States

  • Priority Shipping: $14.99
  • Gold Label Priority: $19.99
  • Overnight Shipping (if stock is available): $49.99

Canada

  • International Standard Shipping: $19.99

Australia & New Zealand

  • International Express Shipping: $34.99

All Other Countries

  • International Standard Shipping: $29.00

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All items will be shipped with tracking, with the exception of some international sales.  Product tracking and shipping information can be found through your order information emailed to you after the time of purchase. Once an item has been shipped, it is no longer the responsibility of Pleiades Designs that it is delivered safely, but rather the shipping provider. If your package does get lost, let us know and we will do everything we can to help.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale and non-refundable. We encourage you to contact our team at hello@pleiades-designs.com to find the size and style that's just right for you! Recipients will be responsible for taxes or custom duties incurred and assume all risks of the international shipping process.

International orders are shipped via USPS. Once an item leaves the United States, it can often take multiple weeks for final delivery. Pleiades Designs is not responsible for international shipments that are lost or damaged. Please consider this before placing your international delivery.
